The Chibangu Mission is deep in the bush, where the closest shopping for basic food, and other household supplies is several hours away. Many local residents do not have a vehicle, nor the fuel money to make the trip with any regularity.
Our team will be able to make that trip at least weekly, providing and stocking our Bush Shoppe (or “Shoppoo”) to serve as a local hub to provide these basic necessities, along with a few treats and personal items as well! Our store is built out of a shipping container that has been modified to create a service counter and a dry, secure storage area for the Shoppe supplies.
